Milton Ulladulla Bypass – Now is the Time to Speak Up – AGAIN!
Transport NSW has released the concept plan for the Milton Ulladulla Bypass after more than 40 years of planning. During the design phase, a range of options was considered to ensure the bypass design aligns with the project objectives; however, there have been concerns regarding the extent of community consultation in the process.
Proposal of 16 storey building in Ulladulla in error from NSW Government
40 apartments across two 16 storey now being amended to 40 apartments across two 16m buildings with an affordable housing monetary contribution to Council (is not a minor inaccuracy). One would expect the NSW Government Housing Delivery Authority not to make such misleading information to the media and general public.
Shoalhaven Council rate increase of 12 per cent approved
The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) has approved Shoalhaven City Council’s request for a Special Rate Variation (SRV) of 12 per cent from 1 July 2025. The rate increase of 12 per cent, including the 3.8 per cent rate peg, will see an average increase in rates of around $180 per year.
