Nia Technique Classes
What is Nia?
Nia is more than just exercise. It’s a pathway to living life with greater joy, vitality and presence.
Unlike traditional fitness, Nia is a SOMATIC practice. This means it focuses on how movement feels on the inside whilst promoting body awareness, nervous system regulation and holistic well being
Whether you are new to exercise, returning from injury, looking for something different or seeking a movement practice that supports healthy ageing, Nia invites you to move in your body’s way.
