Pink up your town Milton fundraiser: Local History publication
Historian Cathy Dunn has teamed up with Pink up your Town – Milton for a fundraiser with proceeds of sales of the publication Racecourse Cemetery Boatharbour Ulladulla 1856 – 1900 being donated to Pink up your Town – Milton.
Racecourse Cemetery Boatharbour Ulladulla 1856 – 1900. Ulladulla’s Old Cemetery, also known as Racecourse Cemetery, which was active for burials from 1856 to 1900, with various cemetery names recorded throughout its history. Despite its current abandoned state located on the Princes H’way at South Ulladulla, there are four surviving headstones, from the 100 burials on the site. The book features both pioneer and indigenous families from Ulladulla, in addition to early maps of the cemetery – burial ground location.
The money raised will help support people with all cancers by providing specialist McGrath Cancer Care Nurses where they are most needed across Australian communities.
